Here’s my latest video on how to build a customer support agent in N8N that can handle basically any incoming enquiry. This example is for a fictional boxing gym, but can easily be edited for any use-case.

I was aiming to put this video out a week ago, but sometimes what seems like the simplest thing to implement can turn into a week-long learning experience on agentive memory. Hopefully I’ve explained things well enough in this video to save you the same torments:

I have another 2 or 3 videos in progress which should hopefully be released very soon, including a follow-up to this customer support agent which will be triggered by incoming enquiries via a form, and also an agent that will auto-post to social video platforms using a video avatar of yourself, so you can put out relevant video content daily, without having to get on camera.
